Easy cake with a delicious almond taste. 

The almond taste is obtained by adding powdered almond to the dough. 

For a more intense flavor, you might add a few drops of almond extract.

  • 3 eggs
  • 125 g butter soft
  • 100 g sugar
  • 60 g self-raising flour
  • 150 g almonds ground
  • 3 tbsp almonds flaked


  1. preheat the oven to 180 °C
  2. in a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar
  3. add the ground almonds and stir in the eggs one at a time, mix between each addition
  4. add the flour and mix
  5. pour the batter into a greased springform pan whose bottom is covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes
  6. sprinkle the top with flaked almonds and bake for 20 minutes more
