Easy cake with a delicious almond taste.
The almond taste is obtained by adding powdered almond to the dough.
For a more intense flavor, you might add a few drops of almond extract.
- 3 eggs
- 125 g butter soft
- 100 g sugar
- 60 g self-raising flour
- 150 g almonds ground
- 3 tbsp almonds flaked
preheat the oven to 180 °C
in a bowl, mix the softened butter and sugar
add the ground almonds and stir in the eggs one at a time, mix between each addition
add the flour and mix
pour the batter into a greased springform pan whose bottom is covered with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes
sprinkle the top with flaked almonds and bake for 20 minutes more
