Apple crumble is easy to prepare and it is a delicious dessert, especially with warm or cold custard.
Apples can be replaced with other fruit, pears for example.

- 1 kg apples
- 300 g flour
- 300 g white granulated sugar
- 200 g butter softened
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
mix flour and white sugar
add the softened butter in small pieces
knead by hand until a crumbly dough
peel the apples and cut into small pieces
lay the apple slices at the bottom of a baking dish
sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar
cover the apples with the crumble topping
preheat oven to 180 °C
cook 30-35 min.
