Homemade baguette pizza are simple, easy and quick to make.
Ideal as a snack or light meal.
The herbes de Provence can be replaced by any other herbs: oregano, rosemary, basil, thyme...
- 1 part of baguette
- 1 tomato
- 1 ball mozzarella
- salt & pepper
- herbes de Provence
Preheat oven to 200 °C
Cut the baguette in half in the length
Slice the tomato and mozzarella ball
Spread the two half baguettes with slices of tomato and then mozzarella
Season with salt & pepper
Sprinkle with herbes de Provence
Cook 5-8 minutes in the oven (until the cheese has melted)
