Banana ice cream

I usually prepare my ice creams with condensed milk. 

The result is a creamy ice cream, both in the freezer and with an ice machine.

  • 170 g condensed milk (a small tin)
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • vanilla extract


  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
  2. Put the preparation in a plastic container with lid and place in the freezer

  3. The ice cream is ready after 3-4 h

  4. Take it out of the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving, otherwise the ice cream is too hard
