Banana ice cream
I usually prepare my ice creams with condensed milk.
The result is a creamy ice cream, both in the freezer and with an ice machine.
- 170 g condensed milk (a small tin)
- 2 ripe bananas
- vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix
Put the preparation in a plastic container with lid and place in the freezer
The ice cream is ready after 3-4 h
Take it out of the freezer 15-20 minutes before serving, otherwise the ice cream is too hard
