Chicken with cream tomato sauce and herbes de Provence
This is a quick and easy chicken recipe that smells like Provence.
Delicious on a bed of tagliatelle.
- 1 chicken breast
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt & pepper
cut the chicken breast into cubes
slice the cherry tomatoes in 2 halves
fry the chicken breast in hot olive oil
season with salt and pepper
add garlic and cook 5 min.
add the cherry tomatoes and herbes de Provence
cook for 10 min.
add cream and cook 5 min.
adjust seasoning if necessary
I usually prepare it with chicken breast cut into cubes but you can also use chicken drumsticks.
