Chicken with cream tomato sauce and herbes de Provence

This is a quick and easy chicken recipe that smells like Provence. 

Delicious on a bed of tagliatelle.

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp herbes de Provence
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. cut the chicken breast into cubes
  2. slice the cherry tomatoes in 2 halves
  3. fry the chicken breast in hot olive oil
  4. season with salt and pepper
  5. add garlic and cook 5 min.
  6. add the cherry tomatoes and herbes de Provence
  7. cook for 10 min.
  8. add cream and cook 5 min.
  9. adjust seasoning if necessary

Recipe Notes

I usually prepare it with chicken breast cut into cubes but you can also use chicken drumsticks.
