Chicken with dragon in the microwave
Chicken with a dragon in a microwave is very easy, you can hardly call it cooking...
But it's very nice and perfect for the evening if you come home from work and don't want to stand in the kitchen for an hour.
Fresh dragon is best of course but you don't always have it. I usually use deep-frozen dragon, which tastes better than dried dragon.
- 2 chicken fillets
- 400 ml cream
- 1 tbsp tarragon
- salt & pepper
Season the chicken fillets with salt & pepper
Place them in a bowl suited for microwave
Add dragon and cream
Run at full force for 10 minutes
Turn the chicken fillets over
Allow to run at full power for 5-10 minutes
Make sure the cream does not boil
