This is by far the best chocolate ice cream I've ever eaten. 

Provide sufficient quantities for your guests or they will fight over who finishes the pot 🙂

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/2 l milk
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 75 g granulated sugar


  1. whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is white
  2. bring the milk to a boil with chocolate and honey
  3. pour the milk over the egg yolks and mix
  4. place in an ice cream maker or in the freezer (mixing every 30 min. to avoid crystal formation)
