Chocolate pudding with silken tofu
This recipe is suitable for vegans and people who care about their diet.
This tofu-based (fermented soy) pudding contains little fat and sugars and no cholesterol. Moreover, it is a recipe very easy and requires no cooking.
This pudding is rather liquid. If you want a firmer pudding, add cornstarch and bring it to a boil.
- 1 pak silken tofu approx. 300 g
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 tsp instant coffee optional
put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix
pour the mixture into individual ramekins
put in the fridge (1 hour before serving)
