Crème anglaise in the microwave
Making a crème anglaise or custard in a microwave oven is so easy that once you've tried it, you will never again make custard in a pan.
Crème anglaise can be used to coat a dessert or as a basis for vanilla ice cream.
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1/2 l milk
- vanilla extract
