Aaah, crêpes! Who does not like it now? The dessert all children love. Oh yes, and also adults 🙂

Homemade pancakes are so easy and quick to prepare. Once you have tried this recipe, you will never buy ready-made pancakes in the grocery store or those powders where you only have to add milk.

Spread with blonde or brown sugar, chocolate spread or jam.

This is a recipe for children who like to 'help' in the kitchen and then you can do the big cleaning of your kitchen immediately 🙂

  • 1 egg
  • 100 g self-raising flour
  • 20 cl milk
  • sugar to taste
  • vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)
  • butter

  1. Break the egg into a large bowl and beat it as for an omelet
  2. Add the self-raising flower
  3. Add the milk bit by bit and mix with the beater until you get the right consistency: a thicker dough gives thicker crêpes and vice versa

  4. Add sugar to taste
  5. Add a packet of vanilla sugar

  6. Mix well so that there are no clots

  1. Put butter in the pan

  2. When the butter is hot, put a spoonful of dough into the pan and turn the pan to spread the dough evenly
  3. Use a non-stick pan, forget the special pancake pans
  4. If the pancakes fail, this is usually because the butter and the pan are not hot enough
