  • 2 fennels
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • salt & pepper


  1. wash the fennel
  2. cut it into strips
  3. put the fennel in a bowl with water and cover
  4. cook 4 minutes at maximum power in microwave oven
  5. drain the fennel
  6. heat a little olive oil in a pan
  7. saute the fennel for 2 minutes
  8. add the cream
  9. let it simmer for 2-3 min.
  10. season with salt and pepper
