It is very varied, depending on the mixture of spices and the meat.

  • 1 chicken cut into pieces
  • 300 g chorizo
  • 30 g Cajun spice blend
  • 400 g peeled tomatoes
  • 350 g rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil


  1. brown the chicken pieces in the olive oil
  2. add the chorizo and let simmer
  3. add cajun spices and tomatoes
  4. add 1 liter of water and bring to a boil
  5. add the rice
  6. simmer for 20 minutes
