Kramiek in the breadmaker
Kramiek is a raisin bread that we typically eat in Belgium on sunday morning, generously buttered and soaked in hot chocolate.
It's also great for an afternoon snack.
- 500 g T55 flour
- 300 ml milk lukewarm
- 2 egg yolks
- 70 g butter
- 40 g sugar
- 90 g dried raisins
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 2 tsp dry yeast
Put all the ingredients, except the raisins, in the bread machine
Choose the program for sugary bread for 900 g
Add the raisins when the alarm rings
