  • 500 g T55 flour
  • 300 ml milk lukewarm
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 70 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 90 g dried raisins
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dry yeast


  1. Put all the ingredients, except the raisins, in the bread machine
  2. Choose the program for sugary bread for 900 g
  3. Add the raisins when the alarm rings
