Meatballs with coconut milk and curry sauce

These meatballs are very easy to prepare and the sauce is very exotic. 

For this recipe you can use a wok or a saucepan.

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 0.5 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp ginger minced
  • 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • flour


  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1 tbsp garam massala
  • salt & pepper



  1. put the ground meat in a salad bowl
  2. add the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper and Worcestershire sauce
  3. mix everything, add breadcrumbs if the mixture is not consistent enough
  4. roll small meatballs (3-4 cm in diameter)
  5. roll the meatballs in flour


  1. heat the oil
  2. add the meatballs and let them brown
  3. add coconut milk, curry and Indian spices, pepper and salt
  4. simmer 15 min.
