Ingredients

  • 250 g mushrooms chopped
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pat butter
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 dash lemon juice
  • 4 slices bread

Instructions

  1. melt the butter in a pan
  2. sauté the sliced mushrooms in the butter
  3. toast bread slices
  4. add the cream
  5. let the sauce thicken
  6. season with salt and pepper
  7. add a drizzle of lemon
