This is soooo good !! It is also very easy and to prepare and ready in 10 minutes.

  • 500 g tagliatelle
  • 400 ml cream
  • 200 g smoked salmon (200-250 g)
  • 1 tsp corn flour
  • salt & pepper
  • grated Gruyère cheese


  1. Cut the smoked salmon into pieces
  2. Cook the tagliatelle, drain and place in a large bowl

  3. Gently heat the cream without boiling it

  4. When the cream is hot, thicken  with corn flour

  5. Remove the pan from the fire and add the diced smoked salmon

  6. Pour over the bowl of tagliatelle

  7. Sprinkle with grated cheese and serve
