Perfectly cooked rice!
Cooking rice can be tricky: it is cooked too long or too little, there is too much water or not enough, it is sticky or burned...
Yet there is a super easy way to absolutely never fail: by cooking it in a microwave.
The recipe is simple and now you do not need to buy a rice cooker which is pricey and takes up precious space in your closets.
- 1 cup rice
- 1.5 cup water
put the rice and water in a bowl fit for the microwave oven
season to taste (salt, bouillon cube ...)
cover the bowl
cook 10-15 min. at full power, depending on the amount of rice and the strength of your microwave
