Pizza dough in the breadmaker

Pizza dough is very easy to make in the bread machine and can be stored in the freezer. 

You can prepare dough for several pizzas, thaw them quickly and roll them out with the rolling pin after defrosting.

  • 630 g white flour
  • 315 ml lukewarm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dry yeast or 15 g of fresh yeast



  1. Put all the ingredients in the breadmachine in this order: water, salt, flour to prevent the yeast of coming into contact with the salt which would prevent its action.

  2. Then add: olive oil, sugar and yeast

  3. Choose the dough program, this takes about 1h30


  1. Divide the dough into two equal parts
  2. Form a ball with each part

  3. Pack the dough into plastic film or bag and place in the freezer


  1. Roll the dough into a ball

  2. Flatten it with the rolling pin (or a straight glass bottle)
  3. Your dough is ready for the garnish


  1. 15-20 min at 200 °C in a preheated oven
