Roquefort sauce accompanies a steak well. It is a creamy sauce with a pronounced cheese taste. It's very easy and quick to prepare. 

The sauce does not require any seasoning. Provide a sufficient quantity as you will fight to lick the pan.

  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g Roquefort


In the pan:

  1. cook your meat and reserve it
  2. melt the Roquefort in the deglazed skillet
  3. add the cream
  4. mix and allow to thicken

In microwave oven:

  1. crush the Roquefort with a fork
  2. add the cream
  3. cook 1-2 min. in the microwave
