These salmon and cheese cakes are delicious! This is my daughter's recipe.

Accompanied by a salad, it's a main course.

  • 315 g Lima beans Canned
  • 200 g canned red salmon skinless and bonesless
  • 125 g mashed potatoes
  • 90 g grated cheese
  • 30 g grated Parmesan
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp chives
  • 60 g wheat flour
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 60 g breadcrumbs
  • frying oil



  1. stamp the beans and salmon in order to obtain a puree

  2. add the mashed potatoes, cheese, onion, chives, flour and lemon

  3. mix everything and add the egg to bind

  4. divide into 6 portions and make flat cakes

  5. roll the cakes in the breadcrumbs

Deep fry:

  1. heat the oil in a large pan

  2. fry on each side 2 minutes, until the crust is golden
