Sautéed vegetables with noodles and shrimp
For this recipe, I took the easy way: a bag of mixed vegetables and mushrooms from the freezer aisle, a packet of noodles and prawns.
Put all that in the wok, season and presto! It's ready. For an improvised recipe, it was rather successful, I had to redo a second batch because my little devils literally devoured it.
- 500 g vegetable mix with mushrooms
- 200 g prawns
- 250 g Chinese noodles
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tsp ginger grated or powdered
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil or wok oil
- salt & pepper
bring to 2 liters of water to boil
turn off the heat and soak the noodles for 5 minutes.
heat oil in the wok
sauté the vegetable and mushrooms mix
season with salt & pepper, garlic and ginger
add soy sauce
add the prawns at the end
add noodles, stir and serve
