Sautéed vegetables with noodles and shrimp

For this recipe, I took the easy way: a bag of mixed vegetables and mushrooms from the freezer aisle, a packet of noodles and prawns. 

Put all that in the wok, season and presto! It's ready. For an improvised recipe, it was rather successful, I had to redo a second batch because my little devils literally devoured it.

Ingredients

  • 500 g vegetable mix with mushrooms
  • 200 g prawns
  • 250 g Chinese noodles
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 2 tsp ginger grated or powdered
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or wok oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. bring to 2 liters of water to boil
  2. turn off the heat and soak the noodles for 5 minutes.
  3. heat oil in the wok
  4. sauté the vegetable and mushrooms mix
  5. season with salt & pepper, garlic and ginger
  6. add soy sauce

  7. add the prawns at the end
  8. add noodles, stir and serve
