Scampi with garlic and herbs

The scampi with garlic and herbs, with a cream sauce, it's really quick. 

Personally, I prepare it in my wok. 

Serve with rice or baguette.

Ingredients

  • 500 g prawns peeled
  • 4-5 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 400 g cream
  • 2 tbsp herbs finely chopped
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

Preparation:

  1. shell the scampi
  2. peel and chop the garlic cloves
  3. wash and chop the herbs

Cooking:

  1. heat the olive oil in the wok with garlic
  2. sauté the scampi

  3. season with salt & pepper and herbs
  4. when the scampi begin to turn pink, add the cream
  5. let the cream thicken, check seasoning
