Scampi with garlic and herbs
The scampi with garlic and herbs, with a cream sauce, it's really quick.
Personally, I prepare it in my wok.
Serve with rice or baguette.

- 500 g prawns peeled
- 4-5 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 400 g cream
- 2 tbsp herbs finely chopped
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
shell the scampi
peel and chop the garlic cloves
wash and chop the herbs
heat the olive oil in the wok with garlic
sauté the scampi
season with salt & pepper and herbs
when the scampi begin to turn pink, add the cream
let the cream thicken, check seasoning
