Ingredients

  • 100 g rice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 chili pepper chopped
  • 500 g ground meat
  • 4 red peppers
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce English sauce
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

Preparation of the stuffing:

  1. cook the rice and drain it
  2. preheat the oven to 200 ° C (6-7)
  3. heat the olive oil in a large skillet
  4. cook the onion, garlic and chili
  5. add the ground meat and leave until cooked thoroughly
