  • 1 turkey roast 800 g
  • 200 ml of cream
  • salt & pepper
  • mustard
  • thyme
  • rosemary
  • butter


  1. coat the turkey roast with mustard
  2. season with salt & pepper
  3. let butter melt in a pan
  4. let the roast brown on all sides
  5. add thyme and rosemary
  6. reduce the heat and allow to simmer
  7. when the roast is cooked, deglaze the casserole with water
  8. add the cream and season with salt, pepper, thyme and rosemary
  9. slice the turkey roast and serve with the sauce
