Ingredients

Cupcake dough:

  • 2 eggs
  • 125 g self raising flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 125 g of sugar
  • vanilla vanilla sugar or flavoring
  • cupcake baking forms

Glaze:

  • 100 g icing sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • cupcake decoration and food colorant

Instructions

Preparation of cupcake dough:

  1. melt the butter
  2. add the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar and mix
  3. add eggs and mix

Preparation of glazing:

  1. beat the egg white lightly
  2. add the powdered sugar gradually and mix until peaks are formed

Baking:

  1. put 1 tablespoon of dough into each cupcake form
  2. preheat the oven to 180 °C
  3. put the cupcakes in the oven
  4. bake for 15 to 20 min.
  5. check with a needle if the cupcakes are baked enough

Glazing the cupcakes:

  1. color glaze as desired
  2. brush the cupcakes with frosting when they have cooled
