It's better to prepare it the day before, so it's solid enough.

  • 240 g white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 cl cream (minimum 35% fat content)187


  1. Let the chocolate melt in the microwave
  2. Beat the proteins
  3. Beat the cream
  4. Add egg yolks to the molten chocolate
  5. Gently mix the stiff whipped protein
  6. Pour into 6 cups and place at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
