White chocolate mousse is a real treat for the taste buds.
Very easy to make, fast and economical.
It's better to prepare it the day before, so it's solid enough.
- 240 g white chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl cream (minimum 35% fat content)187
Let the chocolate melt in the microwave
Beat the proteins
Beat the cream
Add egg yolks to the molten chocolate
Gently mix the stiff whipped protein
Pour into 6 cups and place at least 2 hours in the refrigerator
